Engineering Quality Standards

Quality is built in from the start and checked all the way to dispatch.

1) Planning & Readiness

We begin by preparing our instrument inventory, scheduling calibrations, and confirming that only qualified welders and laminators are assigned to the job.

2) Quality Planning

Based on project requirements, we prepare the necessary SOPs and submit the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) for client approval.

3) Design Review

All proposal inputs and approved drawings are carefully reviewed to ensure we’re fully aligned before production starts.

4) Inspection & Testing

Quality checks are carried out throughout the process—from raw material receipt to in-process monitoring, final inspection, and pre-dispatch checks, including verification of material test certificates.

5) Client Inspection

Where required, we invite clients for inspection as per the approved QAP/ITP to maintain transparency and confidence.

6) Final Documentation

We compile a complete quality dossier with all inspection and test records and submit it for client review.

7) Dispatch Approval

Once approval is received, the cleared material is handed over to dispatch for safe and timely delivery.
